The

The scientist Martin Chalfie
working in the field of cell differentiation (the development of cells or
tissues from a less specialized in a more specialized state). He
particularly was interested in the development and function of nerve cells
and developed this new experimental methods for its investigation.
So he could get the green fluorescent protein first time
in 1994 outside the deep-sea jellyfish Aequorea victoria for expression
(realization of the information that is stored in the DNA of a gene). This
was the breakthrough of a protein to use it as a "genetic markers". Together
with Steven Cain, he continued his research work for which they were awarded
in 2008 with the Nobel Prize in Chemistry.
The price they received for the discovery of
spontaneously fluorescent protein as a green fluorescent protein (GFP) to
which has been isolated from deep-sea jellyfish, Aequorea victoria. Because
GFP is a protein, it is possible to trap and inject DNA into the nucleus of
a stem cell. Those offspring (blueprint) of the cell, which were injected
with the gene sequence, we then recognize the fact that they also fluoresce.
Drapeau and colleagues made this discovery of the GFP
gene to an advantage and brought the gene in bone marrow and now pursued
with the necessary equipment, such as the now fluorescent bone marrow stem
cells released into the bloodstream. After administration of certain
substances from the AFA-algae as algal concentrate (including L-selectin
ligand) were increased up to 30%, also fluorescent release of stem cells are
detected in the bloodstream.
After a few hours damaged areas of the body began to
fluoresce too slow. There are photographically detained evidence that the
"marked" released stem cells have been installed as the new cells into the
damaged organ. These components of the AFA-Algae
act as a kind of nutritional support of the renewal system.

The adults or tissue stem cells produced in the bone
marrow and perform basic tasks in the regeneration of our tissues and
organs. With advancing age, but it reduces the number of stem cells
significantly. They amount to 20-25 years of life about 25 million,
decreasing to around 5 million at the age of about 60 years. In this
process, the protein molecule is involved in L-selectin and responsible, it
inhibits scientific findings with age, the release of stem cells from bone
marrow.
Christian Drapeau and colleagues found that this "certain
algae element" of the AFA-Alge, in addition to chlorophyll, phycocyanin, Pea
Ball, polysaccharides and EPA (PEA = the "love molecule"), particularly the
L-selectin blocker (ligand), the It allows the body's L-selectin to prevent
stem cells in the bone marrow to "hold" and thereby contribute to an
increased release of stem cells in the bloodstream. Stem cells are
multifunctional for our bodies. You can walk to bring in any kind of cells
and therefore they are also JOKER or master cells called. The decisive
factor, stem cells are, when they are released into the bloodstream it were
not programmed. Only with the corresponding pulse (messenger) from the
respective damaged (stressed) the stem cells of the body to be transported
there and then incorporated as specialized (well programmed) cell.
The more adult stem cells in the bloodstream are, the
better it is for the body. This is the phenomenon that Christian Drapeau and
colleagues have discovered after 13 years of research. The body keeps this
young and brings in optimal health, we speak now of detectable self-renewal
system of the body.
now there are more cells in our blood stream, can
intensify the process of renewal of our body and improve reduced dysfunction
of certain organs and tissues. Therefore, our effort goes to the autonomous
recovery of organ and tissue functions of the proliferation of adult stem
cells in your body.
Previously been known almost exclusively clinical
(operational) stem cell proliferation. The researchers have now succeeded in
creating a product (extract from AFA-algae) to find the natural way the
number of stem cells in your body increases, and thus excludes the
operational risks of stem cell proliferation.
